Kiley Dean - Changes [Unreleased, 2006]
Partial collection of known songs recorded during the era of former Timbaland associate Kiley Dean's second unreleased album "Changes" (2006). The effort spawned one single ("Who I Am") which failed to chart, causing the album to be pushed back & retooled. Eventually, the album got scrapped and majority of its recording sessions leaked via the internet. Production credits were rumored to be helmed by Bryan-Michael Cox, Jazze Pha, Cameron Wallace and Timbaland. Track-listing is as followed:

This song is actually from the Rebirth era, the production gives it away. The beat is very 2003-2004 and her voice is produced in a way that just wasn’t seen anywhere in 1998-1999 when on the 6 was being recorded.
